New Tennessee Child Support Laws As of January 18, 2005

Take notice: As of January 18, 2005, Tennessee has restructured child support law obligations under the new Income Shares Guidelines. This new method for child support calculation has drastically reduced the amount that the parent with physical custody receives from the parent without physical custody. This law also takes into account many forms of income, including alimony / spousal support.
